  3. Price and Payment Method

    • Unit price per forklift, total contract value (with/without VAT)

    • Payment method: bank transfer, installment, etc.

    • Payment schedule: Deposit – First payment – Final payment upon delivery

    • Payment time and conditions

  4. Delivery

    • Delivery time

    • Delivery location

    • Transport responsibility (which party bears the cost and risk)

    • Handover minutes signed by both parties

  5. Warranty and Maintenance

    • Warranty period (usually 6–12 months for used forklifts, 12–24 months for new ones)

    • Warranty conditions (no unauthorized repairs, proper usage, etc.)

    • Periodic maintenance service (if applicable)

  6. Training and Technical Support

    • Whether operational training is provided

    • Form: On-site, online, user manual

  7. Breach and Penalties

    • Late payment penalties (interest %)

    • Failure to receive goods on time

    • Violation of technical commitments

    • Contract penalties (penalty rate, compensation for damages)

    • Conditions for termination

    • Responsibilities upon early termination
